2024 Rates

Right now, I have 7, 9 & 11 hour packages to offer. From what I've seen, 7 hours usually is enough to covering most of the days key moments, and suited to days without a long list of events. In the past I had offered 6 and 8 hour base packages, but I noticed we were often racing against the clock to catch moments towards the day's end—because, let's face it, sticking to the schedule is pretty rare at weddings. Knowing how hard it can be to keep an exact schedule I have decided to throw in an extra hour for what would normally be a 6 or 8 hr package, giving us 7 and 9 hrs and a bit more wiggle room to make sure we don't miss anything important. After the wedding edits and full resolution images are delivered within 48hrs - one of the fastest delivery times in the industry.

Sometimes overlooked by couples our engagement sessions have a lot to offer as part of your wedding experience. Not only does our engagement package provide a 24x36” custom framed portrait and premium photo guest signature book to display at your reception entrance as well as photos for your “Save the Date” cards it also affords us the opportunity to spend some time together making your wedding day even more comfortable as we have had a chance to build additional rapport.

Engagement package Includes:

3 custom picked locations

No boring, stiff posed shots at some local park. I look for seasonal locations that will yield fun activity driven photos that feel natural and look amazing.

These sessions typically yield 25-40 amazing photos that are all edited to perfection.

24x36” custom framed portrait

For display at your reception and

After the wedding in your home. Choose from modern, contemporary and rustic styles.

12x12” Photo guest book

For display at your reception with guest signature lines on the right facing pages and photos from your engagement session on the left facing pages. 2 silver metallic ink pens are included .

Premium wedding albums, books and framed portraits available

Outside of our engagement package and our forever And A day package we don’t include wedding albums or any other prints/frames in our base packages. It’s difficult to determine how many pages your wedding album should be without first seeing and selecting the photos from your day. Instead of bundling in an arbitrarily sized album we offer highly discounted albums over what are the normal industry prices charged for wedding albums. Discounted does not mean low quality. Our deluxe wedding album is center leather bound with thick lay flat pages printed using archival quality pages and inks. Our 18x24 and 24x36 custom framed portraits our made and printed in-house with high quality canvas and hardwood frames. Due to fluctuating material prices it’s best to enquirer after your wedding on what your direct cost would be if you’re interested in albums or frames.

FAQ’s

How many hours will we need?

In my experience most weddings can be fit within 7-9 hours with some planning to make sure keys events are put in the program earlier in the evening. At a certain point towards the end of the reception many of the party and dancing shots can start to look the same. Some exceptions to the 7-9 hour average can include those with ethnic traditions such as Tea Ceremonies, Indian weddings or if you have a grand exit planned can require more hours which can be billed for after the wedding @ $200 per hr.

Do you photograph weddings with a second photographer?

I handle about 90% of the weddings by myself, but there are moments when having a second photographer is helpful. Situations like where the bride and groom are separated by some distance, managing a guest list of over 200, or simply when you're looking for that additional layer of coverage. Depending on the needs of your day a second shooter can be arranged for $650.

Can we meet before the wedding?

Absolutely! Building a strong rapport with my clients is key to incredible shots, which is why I believe in having a face to face meeting beyond just emails before you decide to book me as your photographer. It's really important to me that you feel totally at ease and confident in choosing me to be a part of such a significant day. I want you to know you're in good hands and be comfortable with me capturing your weddining.
